Plano is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Plano is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Went here with my friend and tried the spicy miso ramen. It had a good level of heat and was really flavorful, with lots of meat and ingredients! It did have raw onions, which arenβt my preference, but everything else was really good. I also tried the spicy edamame, and it was really good too! Our waiter, Tyler, was amazing. He gave us great recommendations, was very patient, and made our visit so enjoyable. Seriously, one of the best waiters ever! The decor and seating area are also really nicely decorated and cozy. 100% recommend!

Had a great experience at Fujiya Ramen! The ramen was full of flavor, rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was excellent. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. Definitely a great spot for ramen and sushi in the Richardson/Plano area. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!

The atmosphere was nice. And so was the food. Tried the lunch specials today, and got the Tonkatsu Ramen with Tempura Shrimp. The ramen was perfect cooked just like I like. The Tempura has a very good Shrimp taste with a good Crunchy coating. My only small complaint is the ramen broth was cool on the top and hot on the bottom. When stirred it cool down the whole bowl ,and gets almost cold before finishing. I still give high ratings for the delicious taste and quality. Service and atmosphere is always great here.

Visited Fujiya Ramen Sushi Bar with my family and we were really impressed. The staff were very kind, welcoming from the moment we walked in, and even offered complimentary items. The atmosphere is calm and clean, and they clearly consider families with children, so we could enjoy our meal comfortably. Both the ramen and sushi were fresh and tasty, with generous portions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good Japanese food in Plano.

We stopped in and ordered the Pink Lady and the Shaggy Dog. First impression, the space was cool, casual, and very clean. The layout felt open and relaxed, and it wasnβt overly loud, which made it easy to actually enjoy the meal and conversation. It has that easygoing neighborhood sushi spot energy. The Pink Lady was visually beautiful when it came out. The tuna had a soft, buttery texture and the combination of salmon and avocado gave it a smooth, creamy bite. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Flavor wise, it leaned more subtle than bold. It wasnβt lacking, just more on the mild side. If you prefer lighter rolls that arenβt overpowering, youβd probably enjoy it. The Shaggy Dog brought more texture. The shrimp had a nice crunch and the toppings added a good contrast to the softness of the rice. The sauce gave it richness, though in some bites it felt a little heavy. Still solid overall, just not something that completely wowed me. The ingredients themselves tasted fresh and good quality, which I appreciated. Service was smooth and everything came out in a reasonable time. Presentation was clean and intentional, and the fish quality was definitely respectable. Overall, i
